Whilst her FRiZZ label mates ART TERRY & DAVID GARSIDE are nearing the end of their UK tour (with just dates in BIRMINGHAM, tonight, and OXFORD, on Monday, left to go...), JOY JOSEPH is getting ready for her own return to the stage...

Joy will be playing her highest profile show so far, at the opening night of UP, a new residency from our friends at Unstable Promotions, at east London's CARGO, alongside rising stars Dansette Junior, Ed Sheeran, Angel Anderson & DJ Postscript...

That's Friday December 17th...time for Christmas to officially begin!

EPISODE 6 : ART TERRY and his Candy Girl

Tonight is the opening night of our winter FRiZZ TOUR, with DAVID GARSIDE, ART TERRY & RAPHAEL MANN kicking things off NEWCASTLE, followed by FRiZZ's Scottish debut in GLASGOW on Monday night...then they'll be joined by clarinetist/vocalist MAREE CHOIE for the rest of the trip, with shows in MANCHESTER, LIVERPOOL, LONDON, BIRMINGHAM & OXFORD...

So we thought we'd celebrate the occasion with another video treat for you...this time from ART TERRY, and the opening track from his 'ANUTHA KINDA BROTHA' LP...

The song is called 'CALL ME'...

EPISODE 5 : Some LOVE From JOY JOSEPH

Things might have seemed a little quiet lately in the world of Joy Joseph...


In truth FRiZZ's favourite soul singer has been busy traveling up and down the UK, to Ibiza, the Middle East, and even briefly to China and Japan, forwarding the cause of Mr Hudson as his vocal foil and 'hype woman' for his personal appearances...

She's also found the time to move house...and whenever there's been a spare moment she's been squeezing in some time in the studio, with her creative team of producer/co-writer/multi-instrumentalist Raphael Mann, drummer Wilkie Wilkinson & engineer Ed Deegan, to start recording her debut LP...

There'll be a brand new single coming soon as a taster of the album...and to keep you going until then we finally got around to making a video for her debut single OUR LOVE IS TAKING US THROUGH...long-awaited this one!

The video was shot in and around Gizzard Recording on Fish Island, Bow, East London, where the single was made...
